Ah, the power of networking. Matchmaking is not advertised as one of the (many) benefits of Inner Circle membership, but maybe we should start adding it as a side-dish.
Inner Circle members David Carlson of Styles on Playford in Whyalla, South Australia, and Cheryl Davy of Sub-urban Hair & Beauty in Adelaide got more than they signed up for when they joined the IC marketing and mentoring program at the Adelaide Road to Riches Salon Marketing Super Conference earlier this year – they got each other!
It seems David and Cheryl discovered there were side-benefits to working on their marketing together. After exchanging contact details in one of those ‘corridor meetings’ that so often produce more value than the actual conference content, David and Cheryl are now – we’re delighted to announce – an item!
