From a spare-room, two-person operation starting in 2004, Worldwide Salon Marketing has grown rapidly to become the world leader in deliverable, easy-to-implement strategies, done-for-you tools and coaching for salon & spa owners. Every month, over 30 salons and spas join our Inner Circle marketing & mentoring program. Our Member salons stretch from California to New Hampshire, from Sydney to Southampton, from Auckland to Dublin, and hundreds of towns and cities in between.
But we can't do it all. At least, not from our Head Office in Perth, Western Australia.
The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for committed individuals or organisations to roll out the Worldwide Salon Marketing program across the United States, Canada, the UK and New Zealand. In Australia and New Zealand alone, our sales in calendar 2009 are projected to be $5million. And that is primarily in a market of fewer than 30,000 salons and spas. In the USA market of over 300,000, and the UK market of at least 90,000, you can do the math.
This is a serious business, with large and growing revenues from monthly membership fees.
What You Will Need to Bring to the Enterprise:
1) Using the systems and collateral already developed, tested and proven by us, you will need to have - or be prepared to establish - the infrastructure required to manage an extensive Lead Generation and Member Induction program. You may wish to run this in-house, or out-source it. Of course, we would advise you on how best to do this.
2) You will need to provide appropriate marketing coaching services for the Members you bring into the program. Again, we have well-established systems for doing this.
3) You will need to have the financial resources to be able to fund the roll-out of the program for up to 2 months before seeing any significant cash in-flows.
What we will provide:
1) Our extensive, operational and successful online and offline lead generation systems and infrastructure, including
a) our Web architecture,
b) Infusion CRM system to manage leads, billing and campaign fulfilment,
c) our offline marketing collateral including trade magazine lead generation advertising,
c) follow-up direct mail pieces, CDs, DVDs
2) Our complete billing system. If necessary, we can set it up so that you don't even have to do your own billing.
3) Up to 4 weeks on-site, assisting you to set up your operation as a mirror of our already successful Australian operation
4) Continuing advice, consulting, technical assistance and encouragement.
