The sheer frequency of reports from Inner Circle member salons detailing spectacular results is coming in so fast it’s hard to keep up with them.

Hayleigh McKnight of H’s Place in Melton, Victoria, joined the program and got her Essential Salon Owner’s Marketing Toolkit® only in August last year.

The salon has apparently become so busy that Hayleigh’s had no time to report results…even now, she’s had to get her mother Beth, who works the business with her, to forward full year figures.

“Hayleigh’s story is simple  – she has doubled her turnover in the past year and that is since she has been only using the Worldwide Salon Marketing tools and strategies in ALL her advertising.

Last year $113,000, this year $224,000. It amazed the accountant so much he asked how the hell she did it!   Profit margin went from 18% to 22%…

It is simple and so easy to use the marketing program,  well worth it’s weight in gold.   And the manuals and Members Only section are so simple if followed.  It is only when we have diverted and questioned the purpose of the style etc that results dropped.

Yes, all advertising needs to be monitored closely and find defined areas of clientele.  For us, Direct SMS and direct letterbox drop has a great response, as does the mini membership when needed.

All so true. Only yesterday, a new Member complained that ‘our’ marketing didn’t work. We asked her to email us the ad she’d used. Not surprisingly, the ad she sent wasn’t one of ours at all, it was the usual, me-too, garden-variety ‘branding’ style of ad so widely used – with predictably spartan results – by tens of thousands of salon owners all over the world.

No wonder it failed.
